I have a tan.
Ok it’s more of a burn… and it hurts (a little.) I’m not referring to sunlight exposure but rather the aftermath of not one but two bridges EXPLODING in a magnificent fireball, the likes of which I have not seen in a long time, a long long time….
How? Why? yeah like those two are ever going to be answered… No there is no other way to think about this than that of “OK, well that happened” and move on. Like the philosopher Hexum once wrote: “Some people need to get the axing….”
Now that I have a healthy glow about me, I’m curious as to who else has danced with the flames of emotions and misguided feelings that arise from words originally intended to produce the exact opposite of those results. How often are arguments made by one deemed unacceptable when used against?? How often is the logical fallacy of Special Pleading used? How many Straw Men have been created? I don’t know, and for once, Google does not know either.
Well, it’s water under the bridge now….

You don’t really seem to be in touch with the feelings of certain members of this blog. Your comments are condescending and mean just for the sake of being mean. You say that you are hurt by whatever happened, yet instead of taking the chance to ask for forgiveness, you instead choose to give us another lecture about how others are wrong.
Matthew 7:5 (NIV)”You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.”
“You don’t really seem to be in touch with the feelings of certain members of this blog.”
-…you?
“Your comments are condescending and mean just for the sake of being mean.”
-as is his right
“You say that you are hurt by whatever happened, yet instead of taking the chance to ask for forgiveness”
-ask who?…….jesus?….. I thought we killed him.
“you instead choose to give us another lecture about how others are wrong.”
-if they are then so what?
Confucius – “He who throws dirt loses ground.”
Confucius is dead too. Big loser spent all his time coming up with catchy sayings. Hallmark has hired better employees.
As for you drkllpnt: how are we to know the issue, without the issue available to analyze. Come on, give us the juice, not the peel.
Nothing is water under the bridge if it brings about a post like this.
Did I miss some major blowout? For the record, I don’t think your comments are mean, but I guess some people mistake honesty for insults b/c they don’t like what’s being brought to light. If you’re going to suck in some way, the least you can do is own it. Trying to be perfect is a waste of time.
